Seto no Hanayome – 12
So like….I’m trying something different starting today with most of my shows. You’ll probably figure it out soon, but I’ll say for sure in about a week. Today’s episode is very focused on Luna, putting her up as San’s main rival for Nagasumi.
Short Summary:
Nagasumi’s mom goes out with San to shop, leaving Luna and Nagasumi alone at the house. Since it is just the two of them, Luna invites Nagasumi to her room, but it is to do homework. Because of all her idol work, she has been doing horribly in her studies, and does not want to accept help from San or Mawari. Luna puts Nagasumi through abuse, and teases him because she knows he is a fan of hers. Eventually she starts going really far, because she sees how much he actually cares for San. Maki, who has been home the whole time, sees this happen. They try to keep her quiet out of embarrassment, and confirm their positions. Luna’s legs get reverted to their mermaid form when some water spills on them, so Nagasumi helps her wipe them. Luna’s father walks in on this, causing a huge misunderstanding, and everyone in the family gathers outside at the same time. Luna’s father will not let Nagasumi go unless Luna answers if she likes him. Luna screams that she does, causing various shocked reactions from the family. Nagasumi is taken away by the Edomae family via helicopter, and San is left with regret.

Impression:
Seto no Hanayome definitely has my number one spot for love comedies this season. Last week’s episode was hilarious, but this episode was just awesome. Luna has been growing on me as a character, and I like her a lot. I can’t say the same about her beatings on Nagasumi though. WTH was that? Like a machine gun kicking of the ass?…OW. I almost thought the end of this episode was going to end predictably, but Luna’s unexpected answer and her taking him away was just crazy. I can’t wait to see next week’s episode.

Seto is going to be a 24/26 episode series. There are a lot of manga volumes out, and we haven’t even met some of the characters yet ^.

Props to the writer of this blog! I only know this blog that blog Seto No Hanayome, random curiosity was regretting on not blogging this show, its quite good, certainly beats Nagasarete Airantou (man Ikuto and his nosebleeds isnt funny anymore, the manga was more interesting). Ya for me, Seto No Hanayome is the number one love comedy this season as to be expected it lives up to the rep of crazy love comedy as Magikano even more lol, continue blogging this!
Yeah, this show is really much better than Nagasarete Airantou. I really like Luna, so I’m glad to see an episode with her alone with Nagasumi, even if I think she is a total sadist. That foot thing? Kinda weird. haha.
i definitely agree with seto no hanayome being the number one love comedy this season. the last two episodes have been an especially “wow”. i really like the two sides of luna, right down evil and really cute
Oh ya, this Luna episode is the best so far, not just in terms of comedy but also in development in the relationships. I keep reviewing this episode so many times and still laugh so much, I especially love that part when Maki was watching them LOL, hilarious. Also that part when Terminator man chasing Nagasumi and he even called out to him as Dad! So frikin hilarious.
No Seto no Hanayome episode this week. My soul felt empty.
