Is that a body pillow!?
Summary:
Akeno is confronted by a group that calls themselves the Bancho. She refuses their offer to join them, and defeats them instead. However, the next day on the way to school, they follow her anyways. Saru pledges his loyalty to her, but she only finds it an annoyance. Mawari also misinterprets the situation, and threatens Akeno by telling her that she will be teaching her rules to her. Mawari continues to declare that she will stop Akeno in the classroom. Saru starts selling Akeno merchandise outside, but the girls in class confiscate them under Mawari’s order. Mawari later holds a vote in the classroom against Akeno, but San votes against it. She thinks that Mawari shouldn’t judge Akeno when they have just met her. Ren has Gouzaburou, Masa, and Fujishiro leave her office after finding them plotting in one of the nurse beds. Mawari enters afterwards, looking for comfort and admitting that she has treated Akeno harshly. Outside, Akeno faces against the Bancho team and the girls. However, Mawari gets inbetween them. She summons a pack of cats to stop everyone, but they also attack Mawari and Akeno. Ren finds out that Gouzaburou, Masa, and Fujishiro have been doing the plotting the whole time, and she punishes them. She then stops the ruckus everyone is causing as a teacher. Mawari apologizes to Akeno afterwards, and they leave each other on good terms.

Impression:
I actually laughed out loud at San hugging the Akeno pillow, but I’m going to have to put my fanboying aside for this episode. San going into chibi form and being silly was cute and all, but it just seems like they are reusing the same jokes we’ve already seen before. It was cool that Mawari became friends with yet another mermaid, but the last scene was just a different version of the cat attack on San in one of the first episodes. Watching the whole war with the girls and the Bancho group was like the San and Luna war all over again as well. I honestly couldn’t find myself laughing that much in this episode. I guess I just can’t have fun when San and Nagasumi aren’t on screen for the majority of the episode. Ren’s Namida Ichirin was awesome though. I’m definitely getting that when it comes out. We don’t know what to expect from the next episode at all because there was no preview this week, but hopefully the minor characters will go back where they belong.

I guess this anime won’t end at 26 episodes that’s for sure. Maybe it’s one of those 52 episode animes like Hayate No Gotoku.
Hahaha, I guarantee you that they will actually be making that pillow. There’s no way that they won’t now that they’ve done this.
arigatou > Eh, I doubt it for some reason. Being Gonzo, it’s more likely that they will stop it somewhere before the manga ending. They’ll probably just give it an open ending. That happens with a lot of love comedy adaptations.

An otaku is kind of like a crazed fan of anything, but the term is commonly used by anime fans to describe themselves. Basically if you’re a huge fan of anime and you have figures all over your room or something, you could call yourself an otaku. Otaku also has a negative connotation in the eyes of those who are not the otaku themselves, because they are seen to be obsessing over useless things. (I hope I explained that well enough… xP)
I was kidding about the postcard, but if you send one in that would be pretty cool, lol.
