Basically if you're a huge fan of anime and you have figures all over your room or something, you could call yourself an otaku. Otaku also has a negative connotation in the eyes of those who are not the otaku themselves, because they are seen to be obsessing over useless things. (I hope I explained that well enough... xP) I was kidding about the postcard, but if you send one in that would be pretty cool, lol.
