I think she's underrated and under appreciated. I mean when I first was reading SnS ([tsundere]not that I like Shakugan no Shana or anything! [/tsundere]) I really, really, really disliked her. But now I do not really, really, really dislike her. Maybe she'll pull a Siesta (I still really, really, really dislike HER still) and become all aggressive.
