As for Reika vs Mayu, I think both of them are equal to be with Shungo but it seems like they pick Mayu over Reika by screentime. It is too bad that we can't get to know anything much about Shungo's past otherwise we are already clear who will be the main character. Question: What is wrong with Mayu at the end? Is this the warning that they are telling us that they already picked Mayu over Reika? OMG!! Did I just saw shinobi from Naruto? Snake failed his mission from the start?
