never read the manga never will.
but xxxholic kei was faily a great season.
I still preferred the first one because of its sometime creepy episodes and talking about supernatural stuff.
but in Kei they just continued on with the story and thats ok for me.
I really am looking forward to a third series for this because i heard that the manga’s story is almost about to end

I just found out it´s the last episode of Kei and I´m soooo sad, I love the series.
Guys can you please recomend some nice series, it seems I´ve seen everything or I can´t find something really good like Kei. What are you guys watching now, What´s new and good. Please HELP!!!.

Well, considering there was a two year gap between the first series and Kei, I was actually suggesting a sequel much later in the future….if ever. But with Prod IG on TRC now, surely something would be possible. In the Tsubasa OVA, they dropped all of the previous filler and went straight for the manga adaption.

@hazy: I still need to finish the drama..it’s sitting around.

@Kabitzin: Someone that got the reference in my post? IMPOSSIBLE. Also, J159 is a stalker.

@Keiri: I also took note of Himawari’s hairstyle, haha. It’s hard to say if it was really a mistake though, since it would have been an obvious one with her bird around.

Hmm… I wonder why Himawari had her old hairstyle… Thought she changed it for a reason? Was that a mistake? ^^;

I suppose future planning is going to become difficult should they propose a sequel. I’m willing to bet the staff may take the Tsubasa approach where they stop working on the TV series and instead maybe turn HOLiC into OAD style like Tokyo Revelations. I can’t exactly picture how they’re going to fill in those many gaps which have Tsubasa crossovers in them, seeing they avoided all that throughout 1st and 2nd season. They might want to compress several arcs together, though fillers may end up putting a lot of fans off unless the story is well written.

Anyway, overall, I enjoyed Kei very much as well. Despite covering the Manga first, I felt the staff did a good job with the Anime adaptation too.

From here on, I can only wonder if my wishes will be granted again in the future…with yet another sequel.
