The anime isn’t much,b ut the manga is much better, in my opinion. It’s still a fanservice / harem story, but there’s a lot more character development (for a harem anyways) than the manga and I found it much more enjoyable.

so he is forced to get married to an amazon queen that rules a tribe of an all women society and they think he is manly because he faced that king kong wannabe on his own and they need to rescue him from this evil fate… yeah… i pretty much gave up my brain on this one…

Agree; the manga is good but for some reason the anime lacks something very important. It’s all over the place, and it’s hard to keep interest in it.

p.s. Run and Ren should have their own show.
