Summary:

Using her seductive nature, Kirche is able to find out Tabitha’s location in Gallia. She further comes up with the plan to put all of the girls in clothing similar to hers, as they all put the local soldiers to sleep with potions. When Louise seems to be left out of the plan, Kirche explains that she wanted her to rest. This was because she had recognized and respected Louise for her talents. Louise ends up dressing up anyways, temping Saito when he meets alone with her later. This is, of course, interrupted by Guiche who walks in on the two. In other places, Colbert is released by Agnes despite the feelings she has about him. The girls put on their show after being let into the nearby pub by soldiers looking for entertainment. One officer has the request to see Louise in private, however, and Louise agrees to do this mission when she finds out about it.

Louise accidentally loses her sleeping potion on the way to the officer’s room, and when Saito finds out about this, he rushes to save her. The students confront Vidalshal outside, all being overcome by his reflective spells. Louise and Saito realize that they must use dispel magic to fight this, however, allowing them to subdue him. Tiffania prevents Saito from killing Vidalshal, having heard from her mother that elves would not preform such acts for no reason. Vidalshal surrenders after this, revealing Tabitha’s location. When Sheffield learns that Tabitha has been rescued, she alerts Joseph. With this, Joseph plans to finally unleash the beast he had contained in his chambers.

Preview: Final episode…really?

Impression:

I heard this anime had a plot. Is there really one more episode left in this season of Zero no Tsukaima? Did we really spend all this time just introducing one character who doesn’t seem to have much of a role and saving Tabitha as the damsel in distress for the season? At this point, I can only see this adaption going downhill. And at this rate, there will probably be a fourth season too. If I’m still doing this by the time it comes out, I seriously doubt I will even want to talk about it. Fanservice is what gets the ratings though, so I suspect most fans will be all over this episode. There were bouncing boobs everywhere. If you’re not into that though, there was plenty of DFC in the form of Louise. I laughed when Saito threw Louise on the bed, but when Guiche showed up to ruin the fun, it was business as usual. I also love how they really tried to introduce some development in the end, with Tiffania trying to defend the evil elf who lost because Saito and Louise are better at RPGs than him. Oh well, next week is the last episode. I’m looking forward to it for reasons other than I probably should be.

According to many source, they say that there will be 13 episodes. Well, not it matter to me. This series was going downhill since it began. Too much fanservice for no reason. Hey, WTH, totali when I will see your Fall season preview ?? LOL

the 3rd season was the worst i have every seen. there is almost no plot and there is too much fanservice. this is no better that a h-anime. Speaking of which Fate Stay/Night was better than this and it was a H-Visual Novel.

    Don’t hate on dancing, Totali!

I can’t believe Vidashal gave up so easily. He was totally kicking Saito’s ass with his tetris brick attack.

“At this point, I can only see this adaption going downhill.”

    Agreed.

I mean, I still kind of like this show for some reason. The first season left a good impression on me that hasn’t worn off yet. And the third season is at least better than the second, by my estimation. There was a “men spying on the women’s bath” episode, and I always like those.

Long story short, though, I want less animated boobies and more Halkeginia-meets-Earth arcs.
