Now for the truth, they are not. My explanation down there, but stop if your much willing to find the explanation yourself [spoiler] -The recent chapters are touching on the Origin of sekirei plan and as long as I can see, they did not show some signs being males from the beginning. -The explanation for the ending sequence (that guy having a breast) is that s/he is a special type of sekirei. S/he could turn into Male or female depending on h/is/er destined Ashikabi. But then that's still weird. [/spoiler] @ItAintEazy

Manga is still way better though I hardly mind animated fights in Sekirei. It might be another year or more before the next season though.
