Other than that, this episode was terrible! I mean returning footballs…Lame football club….
The end kind of redeemed the episode but not by a large margin leaving us with a rather “mediocre” episode.

Also those 3 girls constantly buzzing around Tomoya are getting annoying.”

@ Delarc: errr it’s a soccer club, not football, get your sports straight. cant believe u cant tell difference rofl…needa get outta that closet of urs and watch some sports man =P

okies, i just watched ep 4…and all I have to say is…
THIS IS MY FAV CLANNAD EP EVER! Drama, and comedy at the end hahaha. And a nice fight too, damn kyoani and key work good together =D

This might be my fav ep of any anime i’ve seen =D

Well, up to now I was disappointed that this season is going to take longer than I thought in getting to the whole After Story point of this show, but the epic fight just about made up for it. Moar of this please!

Sunohara owned them all. I dare to say he owned even Okazaki.
But the fight Okazaki VS Sunohara was epic! The most realistic scene I’ve ever seen in an anime!

And for who asks about the movie… well, my friend, I’d say you shouldn’t watch the movie AT ALL, ’cause it’s really disgustin (TOEI was terrible enough to ruin Clannad with that movie).

But if you don’t trust my words, then just watch the whole anime first (including the second season, “After Story) and only then watch the movie.

Mei has determination like Nanoha. @Le: The movie is an alternate retelling to the series by Kyoani, but is still based on the game. It was produced by Toei, and generally has pretty bad reviews (I gave it a bad one too). It contains spoilers that haven't shown up in this version , so either don't watch it or hold off until this season is over (unless you don't care about spoilers).
