The first grudger that Yuzuki saw (and also the same boy in episode 2, the boy called Akira, am I right?) looked very much like Takuma Kurebayashi from the second season because of his green jacket and his appearance. (You can watch it on animeseason.com)

I don' t think Hajime is in hell because in episode 20 the Jigoku Tsushin members wonder what is he doing?
I know that Ai hates to be Jigoku Shoujo, but I want her as Jigoku Shoujo forever, she is an interesting character and I love her, I don' t want Yuzuki to become the next Jigoku Shoujo.

I love what they did this season. but i'm disappointed that the parts that really made my heart fall was in the end of every episode. they should last longer.

Dante:

I don't really want them to do to "Hell Girl" what they did to "Daughter of the Twenty Faces"

Hajime still hasn't been explained. But do you remember that dream Yuzuki had in episode 20 of Tsugumi as a kid trying to stop that man from pulling the string? We all merely assumed it was foreshadowing of what was going to happen to Tsugumi, but It may not have been foreshadowing. That may have been instead a flashback of Hajime getting sent to Hell in the past.

The sakura tree appears in episode 24 (spoilers) Yuzuki has a VERY brief flashback of her as a kid desperately picking up the flower peddles falling off of the tree. Episode 25 seems to go into more detail on this, because it's about her past. Really, I don't see it being anything spectacular or supernatural. It might be the place where she met Akie maybe?

Man, this series has become disappointing. Yuzuki just isn't that interesting of a character to me. I don't care about her lonely childhood backstory. I wanted something unpredictable and exciting to happen in the climax that involved all of the characters, like what they did with Hell Professor.

I think the cry in the end is Yuzuki asking what to do..I mean with this fate and all.
It doesn't look like something that was said in the past in my opinion..

Totali: Yeah, but at the same time it could be used to point out why Enma Ai's so bitter this time around - as if, no matter what you do, humans will doom themselves because they're human, and petty, and stupid. You know, the sorts of things that she thought that kid in the second season proved by being smarter than the rest of his village, and nearly getting beat to death for being that way.

That, and it'd explain why Tsugumi's involved with all this... since I always got the impression that Enma Ai was trying to get Tsugumi to condemn Hajime to Hell so that she could not only take revenge on Sentaro's bloodline but that she'd have a replacement.
