I’m a bit surprised that Akie’s father never investigated his own daughter’s disappearance. They could have made a whole subplot out of that like they did with season two with Investigator Meshiai. They could have had the police get involved with Jigoku Shoujo, and completely ripped off Death Note or something.

I could have written a better fanfic than what they did with the climax here…

I thought it was really funny when Ren, Hone, Yamawaro, and Kikuri just walked away when Yuzuki became hell girl. They could just not handle the epic fail of Yuzuki as Hell Girl and decided to quit.

I don’t think there will be a forth season

Good episode, finally some development. I hope I will get to know what happpened to Ai and the Hell gates keeper. Last episode is aired tomorrow, April 4th, looking forward! ^^

instead of death after the childhood, Yuzuki just kept alive and going to school
what her imagine is that her overseas parents, not her schoolgirl’s life in Saigawara
thing happened around her in Mitsuganae all may be true
but those chains are erased in ep.23 since Yuzuki can’t maintain her presence anymore

Some people said that the Akie who’s current with Yuzuki now is not the real Akie, but Yuzuki’s own image of the Akie in her illusory life.

Is that really the case, or is that the same Akie who was tormented in hell to the point where she seems to have lost her soul?
